Pool Construction Superintendent

Paddock Swimming Pool Co. – a commercial Aquatic Center and Water Park Builder in Rockville, MD - has an open position on their management staff for a seasoned PM/Superintendent. Thorough construction knowledge/experience with excavation, PVC piping, concrete, tile/plaster, and/or pumping/filtration equipment is a must. Commercial aquatic center and/or water park field supervision, and/or service experience a plus. Applicant must be self motivated, able to multi-task in handling more than 1 project at a time, and have a positive/proactive approach in interfacing with our customers, labor force, & subcontractors. Position will require travel within approx. 150 miles of Rockville w/some overnight stays. All applicants must have a clean driving record and back ground check. OSHA 30 hr. and 1st Aid certification a plus.
